A winner of numerous innovation awards, their success has been achieved through a constant focus geared towards innovation, development and customer satisfaction. They are they now looking to further strengthen and completely overhaul their commercial function by recruiting a Sales Controller to manage one of its key sectors and further develop the relationships with one of it most high profile customers.
You will have a strong understanding of chilled foods, and be an individual who challenges the status quo with fresh innovative commercial ideas and thorough account planning. Innovation and marketing is the key to successful account strategy and you will be the driving force behind this dynamic and forward thinking group of accounts.
Confident and assertive with exceptional attention to detail you will drive others with your sense of urgency and desire for complete customer satisfaction. You will be a self starter who is looking to further develop their skill set and be confident enough in your abilities to challenge internal structure and strategy. This role is part of an ambitious desire to enhance and improve this organisations Commercial function and you will be a key part of the senior management team.
