Reporting to the Group Development Manager you will have a strong understanding of development within a chilled foods environment. Ideally a trained Chef who is comfortable in a customer facing role and is equally confident and understands manufacturing processes. Creative and passionate about food and flavours you will thrive within this innovation driven culture.Confident and assertive with exceptional attention to detail you will drive others with your sense of urgency and desire for complete customer satisfaction.
