We have been retained by our client to undertake a Search to uncover an individual who already has a demonstrable personal brand within Chilled Foods.
Our client has grown to become one of the largest suppliers in Chilled Foods and is a dominant force in its Category and customer base, where its clients include some of the UK's best known Retailers and Foodservice operators.
A winner of numerous innovation awards, their success has been achieved through a constant focus geared towards innovation, development and customer satisfaction. They are they now looking to further strengthen their commercial function by recruiting a Commercial Director to assist in the implementation and development of group strategy.You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a commercial strategy to drive sales growth through existing customer channels, as well as expanding the current customer portfolio.This will be achieved through leading the commercial team to deliver effective category management and a programme of developing new and innovative products that match current consumer trends, alongside managing and developing key relationships, at all levels, with the aim of building a long-term, growing and profitable business.
